Defects and Scratches: All Ash Amaira products are hand crafted, hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.
Scratches and Marks: Scratches and marks on the leather surface are a part of the characteristics of the material. They do not qualify as defects. This can happen due to use over a period of time which enhances the look and feel of the product, adding to its vintage appeal.

We are not responsible directly for products bought through 3rd party vendors. Therefore we request you to please attach the invoice of the purchase in your email for any returns.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the product being delivered and should be returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Ash Amaira will not be liable to accept the merchandise.
